The Evidence Seminar will be a comprehensive review of the Michigan Rules of Evidence with particular focus on the most common and difficult rules. This will be a hands-on training session that includes:

Making and responding to objections

Motions in Limine

Refreshing Recollection and Impeachment

Expert Testimony

Hearsay

Authentication

Electronic Evidence

The session will include participant interaction and time for questions and answers on particular case issues.

This seminar is open to all practice areas.
