Date: Wednesday, May 22, 2024 Dear New Admittee, On behalf of the Genesee County Bar Association, congratulations on passing the State Bar Examination and your imminent admission to the practice of law. The Association will host an admission ceremony for new admittees on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 9:00 a.m. in the courtroom of the Honorable Brian S. Pickell, Genesee County Circuit Court, 900 S. Saginaw Street, Flint, MI. Judge PIckell is located on the 3rd floor. If you wish to participate in the ceremony, please complete and return the enclosed form confirming your attendance, identifying your sponsor, and informing us of the number of guests that will be attending the ceremony. Registration deadline is Friday, May 17, 2024. The form can also be completed below. If you do not have a sponsor, we will arrange for one to move your admission and ask that you submit a brief biography to tyb@gcbalaw.org before the ceremony. Also, remember to bring with you the following:
Plan on arriving early to allow time to pay your fee to the Genesee County Clerk, meet the bar representative, and receive final instructions. You are appearing before the 7th Judicial Circuit Court; please dress accordingly.
