Board of Directors

Nominations are currently being accepted for the position of Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and four (4) Board of Directors’ positions for the Association. The nominating form must be completed and submitted to the GCBA by Friday, March 15, 2013, at 5:00 p.m.

Elections are by slate and will take place at the Bar Association’s Annual Meeting scheduled for Monday, May 20, 2013 at the Flint Golf Club. For more information the Genesee County Bar Association at (810) 232-6012. For a nomination form click here.

Herbert A. Milliken, Jr. Civility Award
Nominations are currently being accepted for the Herbert A. Milliken, Jr. Civility Award. The nominee is a long-time, practicing member of the Genesee County Bar Association who is recognized for the habit of offering professional guidance and advice to their fellow attorneys and being widely recognized as a professional role model who demonstrates the highest standards of professional courtesy and civility combined with a zealous and thorough advocacy on behalf of their clients.

All nominees will be considered by the Genesee County Bar Association Professional Practice Committee who will make a recommendation to the Board of Directors. The award recipient will be recognized at the Bar Association’s Annual Meeting and Election of Officers scheduled for Monday, May 20, 2013 at the Flint Golf Club.

The deadline to respond is Wednesday, March 27, 2013, by 5:00 p.m.
